POULTRYGROW 250™

POULTRYGROW 250™, the thermostable protease for reducing protein cost in livestock
A thermostable protease developed for livestock to improve feed conversion and removal of anti-nutritional factors in feed ingredients to enhance performance and/or provide formulation cost savings especially when utilizing feed ingredients of variable quality.
Application:
For Feed
Species:
Poultry, Swine
Functionalities:
Enzymes, Feed Performance

Key Benefits

NutriSpices
Produced through fermentation from a non-GMO organism.
NutriSpices
Featuring multiple protease activities, it effectively targets and breaks down a wide range of substrates, thereby reducing the variability of CP content in raw materials and reducing the reliance on expensive protein sources.
NutriSpices
Improves flock uniformity, boosts gut health and FCR, and lowers ammonia emissions.
NutriSpices
It neutralizes anti-nutritional factors in raw materials, protecting the GIT.

Helpful Resources

The use of protease is recommended with or without the inclusion of phytase
The use of exogenous enzymes in animal feeding is pivotal to optimize productivity, profitability, and intestinal health. Commercially, there are three main types of exogenous enzymes categorized according to their target substrate: carbohydrase, protease, and phytase. The effects of each enzyme, aside from the hydrolysis of their respective major substrates, have been considered by some nutritionists. Purportedly, this includes other nutrient uplifts besides those provided by the hydrolysis of the specific major substrates of each enzyme. As an example, it has been suggested that phytase, of which the major substrate is phytate, is reported to improve protein digestibility through the release of protein bound to the phytate molecule. Nevertheless, the published results have been inconsistent.
