LYPRO is composed of Lysozyme which is a powerful antibacterial enzyme extracted from chicken egg white. Lysozyme has been used as a natural food preservative for many years due to its lytic activity on the cell wall of gram-positive micro-organisms. These organisms are responsible for the spoilage of various food. Lysozyme has been used in the treatment of cheese, beer, wine, tofu, meat and seafood.
